One of the distinguishing assets of e-learning is that it allows managers to easily track their global workforce's attendance and performance at training seminars. E-learning solutions are frequently programmed so that end-users' use of the course and their scores on self-tests are recorded onto companies Learning Management Systems (LMSs). A universally accepted tracking programming language has been developed called SCORM (which stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model) and is widely used within the employee training community. Once an e-learning solution has been programmed in SCORM, it can "plug and play," that is, it can be uploaded onto any SCORM-compliant LMS to track the end-users' experience of the training solution.

When requested, SeeWisdom programs its e-learning solutions with SCORM-compliant tracking programming. What this means for SeeWisdom's clients is that they can receive all of the assets of end-user tracking without having to pay for customized programming solutions. SeeWisdom's SCORM programming capabilities allow our clients to track the use and success of their training initiatives cost-effectively. In fact, SCORM is only one of the many programming functionalities that SeeWisdom offers its clients.
